How quickly can i dig a hole 8th May

I awoke early funny enough and with head torch on got dressed and put shoes on (after checking for Scorpions) and wandered tot the area which had been designated the campsite toilet, only a jimmy riddle , thankfully.
Phew back to sleep
07:00 ish up again and dawn is breaking and it no good i have got o go and dig a hole “F”*K”
Armed with shovel off to the dunes to the left dig a hole and do the do, and not good.
This was repeated four times and I am sorry, I need a proper toilet with this condition.
Get me to the hotel ASAP
“B*”**”*S, we got a border crossinghy me, please!
Funny enough he 6 hours to get us into the country took us 20 minutes to get out. Yet again no photos but sneaked a shot from the side of the bike of the gates or no mans land

The guards here, have no guns but once crossing to Uzbekistan there are guard towers and we have to all stand on the horns to get the attention of the guards in Uzbekistan border control. Oh they must have been resting after letting four BMW R1200gs’s leave for Turkmenistan piloted by guys from the Ukraine. We did have chats with them at the Turkmen border through the fencing but the security guards kept telling us to stop it. Stickers were exchanged and brochures and the guards got really edgy with us. OK what are you going to do? Shoot me , Uh No,
Well what a relief it was to be dealt with quickly, only two hours and there where really friendly and they were really interested in what we were doing.
Off to the hotel with only 10 miles to do, but the roads are very potholed and it is demanding on the concentration.
Check in quick and got to the room, no time for boots off the pressure was building and finally relief on a proper toilet. “YIPPEE YAHOO WHOOPEE DO”
That feels good and time to take some antibiotics and change to local currency

The currency is the Som and the largest note is 1000 and that is worth about 59p. The bundle you see here is $100 which is mainly for fuel as the usual tank fill is 24000 Som, still cheap and a bottle of coke (0.5l) is 2000
Off for more bread and water for me again and another Imodium

5179 miles – Khiva, Uzbekistan
