Wander round the city 19th May

Need to check the bike fully over as we are nearly half mileage (Third of the time) and i know there are one or two things that sound like they have come loose. Need to clean it first so I can check it over properly (No it is not because i like a clean bike, PLEASE).
Not too much at fault and no leaks so far unlike the F800GS which seem to have developed an appetite for front fork seals. Replacements will be arriving in Kashgar.
All good and it still needs probably 2 solid days of cleaning to get it back to it’s former glory but it is one hell of a bike to ride on all roads
Bike sorted, so time for a wander round the market and OH! Is that it. OK lets go and have a look at the city centre, OH! Everything just lies along the Pamir Highway so a Linear Town (remembered that from my O-level Geography days)
OK better head back to the hotel and have a beer while we sit outside and watch the world go by. The kids are great and are fussing around the bikes and we invite them to have a sit on them and start them up.
Enough excitement and i head back to the room to update this blog as we have Internet and get several days on there.
So it will be a few more days before i update but there are a few pictures of the 2nd largest City? In Tajikistan along with Jeff oil changing more bikes

“STOP PRESS”
Simon has just acquired a bike on loan to get him through to the Tajikistan border. Our guide Ali (Red T-Shirt) has sorted it out and will ride it back when Simon exits the country. Once in Kashgar, he will have a new starter motor. Adam the camera man gets everywhere and misses nothing

Trust me i will update when i can, given the terrain i will be travelling over

6278 miles – Khorog, Tajikistan
